I'm Nadine Pasche, the founder of LesPasches Business Solutions, and my mission is deeply personal, it’s who I am.

I’ve always been driven by curiosity, a passion for learning, adaptability, and the belief that possibilities are endless, which is exactly what the chameleon represents.

With a PhD in Natural Sciences, extensive leadership experience in the industry, a Senior Practitioner level coaching accreditation from EMCC and the ever-evolving journey of parenting my two beloved kids, I’ve learned that success isn’t about rigid formulas; it’s about understanding people, navigating complexity, having the humility to recognize mistakes, learning from them, and the courage to explore new paths.

Drawing, coaching, strategizing, building, connecting, inspiring, exploring, learning… Whether through business or creativity, I thrive in developing unconventional ideas and shaping them into something tangible.
LesPasches is the embodiment of my personal why: helping people dream boldly, explore freely, and dare to take that first step toward turning their dreams into reality.
My philosophy
My philosophy is built around the belief that every individual has boundless potential. Strengths are already within us, sometimes hidden or overlooked, but always waiting to be discovered and unleashed.
I see every person and team as unique, with their own style, strengths, and needs—so my approach is always tailored. What works for one may not work for another, and that’s why I create personalized journeys for each client.
I also believe that failure isn’t an obstacle, but part of the path. Every challenge holds an opportunity for growth and confidence.
And above all, I believe in enjoying the ride. Laughing, sharing, and having fun are more than just nice extras—they create space for bold ideas, real connection, and make transformation truly stick.

PhD in Natural Sciences from ETH Zurich.
Swiss Federal Pharmacist diploma.
MSc and BSc Pharmaceutical Sciences ETH Zurich.
